Bulgur (or wheat flour) is a derivative of wheat, widely used in the cuisine of countries in the Middle East and the Mediterranean. It can be cooked with vegetables, chickpeas, tomatoes, spices or nuts, such as cashews or raisins. Suggestions for use: Add 1 part of bulgur to 3 parts of boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for about 4 minutes. Ingredients: 100% bulgur. Contains wheat gluten.
